Hog Wars is an ongoing project describing biological, political, economic, and environmental destruction associated with factory hog farming in the midwest. This part of the project consists of a deck of playing cards containing 54 original drawings accompanied by information pulled from various academic research institutions including the Union of Concerned Scientists, and the National Science Academy. Made possible from a Community Arts Assistance Grant from the city of Chicago and with research support from the Socially Responsible Agriculture Project.
